Shape franchisee performance with Foodtastic by coaching restaurant leaders, strengthening brand standards, and improving guest experience across the Greater Toronto Area.
The Regional Operations Manager serves as the restaurant’s primary contact for Managers and Franchisees. You will facilitate capabilities, identify root causes, and create action plans that improve operational results. The position supports Foodtastic brands including Milestones Grill & Bar, Second Cup Café, Pita Pit, and Quesada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships through purposeful restaurant visits
- Measure and score restaurants against established brand standards
- Share resources and solutions addressing operational performance gaps
- Coach leaders through feedback and development conversations
- Liaise with brand leadership on issues affecting guest metrics
Requirements:
- Three to five years of Regional Operations Manager experience
- Operations experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary education
- Effective influencing and teamwork skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and presentations
