As Senior Project Manager, Product Development and Launch, you will guide complex products across DECIEM’s portfolio pipeline. You will coordinate Scientific, Supply Chain, Brand and Finance stakeholders while managing project scope, resources, budgets and timelines. The fixed-term contract continues through March 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Seven or more years managing complex projects and priorities
- Three or more years leading, coaching and developing people
- Product development or launch experience in cosmetics or consumer goods
- Robust organisation, communication and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
