This Director, Sales and Operations Execution reports to the Vice President, Supply Chain. You will standardize planning practices and connect market demand with production capacity. The position supports inventory optimization, customer service, and production plan execution across multiple North American sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer service, inventory, and production execution targets
- Define and continuously improve inventory management policies
- Standardize planning processes across business units
- Use performance metrics for rapid, fact-based decisions
- Develop contingency scenarios for execution constraints

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in supply chain planning or operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Experience with IBP and Power BI platforms
- Solid demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization expertise
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA, Master’s, or CPIM considered
