This senior individual contributor owns a critical global category and translates strategy into action. You will work with factories and teams across local, regional, and global levels to strengthen supply capability, manage supplier relationships, and optimize costs. The role requires practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing strategies through the CIPS process
- Assess supplier capability, capacity, quality, delivery, and cost
- Identify, investigate, and select suitable suppliers
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and supplier agreements
- Provide ongoing contract management and supplier oversight
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing
- Proven experience in category management
- EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Solid supplier relationship management experience
- Ability to align factories, local teams, and leadership
