You will provide advice on legal risks, approval processes, company policies, and diverse commercial relationships.

- Secure public sector contract vehicles across North America and globally
- Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer and Public Sector Lead
- Maintain relationships with Sales and Consulting associates
- Ensure business initiatives comply with legislation and internal policies




- Advise on employment, immigration, marketing, property, and insurance

Requirements:

- Canadian provincial bar admission in valuable standing
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Two to four years’ experience after call
- Corporate law firm or in-house legal department experience
- Excellent judgment, business acumen, and independent reasoning
