This Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Major Projects, overseeing execution for projects advancing marine-sector innovation. You will coordinate vendors and funding organizations while monitoring scope, schedule, quality, resources, and financial performance. COVE relies on this role for clear reporting to clients and funders throughout each project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, quality, and resources
- Administer contracts and track contractual and funding obligations
- Present recommendations, KPIs, financial updates, and performance reports




- Maintain plans and implement corrective actions for variances
- Coordinate project communications as the primary project contact

Requirements:

- Five-plus years executing projects with budget and contract responsibility
- Experience with financial monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and allocation
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience preparing dashboards, KPIs, reports, and performance metrics
- Experience in team-oriented matrixed team environments
