Renuity seeks a Field Recruiter skilled in candidate communication and full-cycle hiring. Support talent acquisition across field operations in a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

This Field Recruiter partners with hiring managers and regional leadership to deliver talent affecting business performance and growth. You will source through social media, referrals, job boards, and professional networks. You will also provide timely communication and maintain candidate data within recruiting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver transparent, timely candidate experiences
- Communicate follow-up to every candidate
- Set expectations clearly throughout recruiting processes
- Maintain candidate activity accurately in the ATS
- Identify recruiting process efficiency improvements

Requirements:

- One to three years in talent acquisition
- High-volume recruiting experience ideally preferred
- Effective relationship-building across recruiting partnerships
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ashby and ADP experience is a plus
