Strong Start seeks a Director of Development & Communications to join the Senior Leadership Team in Waterloo, ON. You will lead the development of a sustainable fundraising strategy, cultivate donors, and expand revenue through diverse funding streams.

You will work with the CEO and Board to align fundraising with our literacy mission, building capacity and impact through compelling storytelling and solid donor stewardship.
