As SCM Category Manager, Pipeline Construction, you will develop strategies for construction scopes, engage contractors, and guide complex negotiations. The role supports cost, schedule, contractor performance, and project outcomes through full lifecycle contract administration. You will work with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Quality, Legal, Finance, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop pipeline construction category and sourcing strategies

Lead contractor prequalification, market engagement, and competitive procurement

Evaluate commercial proposals and recommend contract awards

Manage construction contracts,



relationships, performance, and closeout

Coordinate mobilization, progress, testing, logistics, and site support

Requirements: Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline

10+ years of progressive experience

Major pipeline construction sourcing and contracting experience

Complex negotiation and construction contract administration expertise

Knowledge of Ivalua and D365 considered an asset

Apply pipeline procurement, commercial negotiation, and contractor management expertise to critical Trans Mountain infrastructure projects.
