Summary

Giulia is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Experienced Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to operate our pizza oven. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our pizzas, taking full ownership of every pie that leaves the kitchen.



This is not an entry-level line cook position; we are looking for someone who understands the nuances of hydration, fermentation temperature, stretch technique, and oven management.

Working closely with our culinary leadership team, you will execute a high-volume, premium menu utilizing top-tier artisanal ingredients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, design-forward, high-energy kitchen environment and take immense pride in the craft of pizza-making, we want you on the line.
