This senior finance role guides management toward headquarters objectives while supporting departments across the plant.

Responsibilities span monthly reporting, profitability analysis, internal controls, audits, inventory monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, analyze, and monitor forecasts, budgets, and standard costsPrepare monthly reports and presentations with qualitative commentaryAnalyze profitability by product, project, customer, and operational KPICoordinate budgeting, forecasting,



and re-forecasting processesRecommend actions from performance and variance analysesRequirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial ManagementMinimum five years in senior financial or controller rolesStrong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly ExcelExperience with ERP applicationsFluency in written and spoken English and FrenchApply financial analysis, reporting, and business-partnering expertise as Plant Controller supporting Lisi Aerospace Canada’s plant performance.
