This regular position oversees teams, systems, and results.As Plant Director, you will direct day-to-day operations while ensuring quality, food safety, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. You will manage budgets, capital planning, workforce performance, and site initiatives.

The position requires leadership across maintenance, shipping, engineering, employee relations, and union relations. You will also support current products, processes, and equipment while advancing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
