Pool Compass is looking for an experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience across residential and commercial pool and spa systems.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain pool and spa equipment.
- Proficiency in Pool & Spa maintenance - water chemistry, chemical testing, balancing and cleaning.
- Experience with pump replacements, plumbing, valve repairs, equipment troubleshooting and sensor calibrations.
- Comfortable using mobile work order applications, documenting service visits, updating job notes and managing work digitally.
- Highly organized, reliable and capable of managing your daily schedule, truck stock, and assigned accounts independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- A proactive mindset – someone who identifies potential issues, recommends solutions and takes initiative before problems arise.
- A genuine sense of responsibility for the customers and properties entrusted to your care.

NOTE: A valid Pool Operator Certificate is considered an asset.
