This senior position manages assigned Retail Division accounts as their primary contact. Responsibilities include sales plans, forecasts, presentations, broker relationships, and customer issue resolution. The role supports national accounts and retail channels including big box, hardware distributors, co-ops, grocery, and mass.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve budget targets for assigned retail accounts
- Create sales plans and annual target forecasts
- Manage broker and agent relationships to promote sales
- Prepare sales presentations and line reviews
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory replenishment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Five or more years’ Consumer-Packaged Goods Retail Channel experience
- Three or more years managing national accounts
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
