Laurus Summer Camp seeks a proactive Location Coordinator for its Toronto team. You will support the Camp Director, staff, and activity delivery across Specific Training Areas. The position combines program quality, coaching, parent communication, inventory coordination, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduled activities, including Specific Training Areas
- Monitor programming against Laurus quality standards
- Coach counsellors and instructors on site
- Respond professionally to parent enquiries and concerns
- Coordinate materials with the Inventory Coordinator

Requirements:

- Two years’ experience working with children
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, adaptable approach
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
