You will provide supervision, manage caution around safety, and use strategies for dysregulation and challenging behaviours. The work includes planned activities, public transport, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Josie when accessing the local community
- Accompany chosen activities, parks, beaches, and outdoor venues
- Promote independence through cookery and money management
- Navigate public transport systems during activities
- Monitor social media and redirect excessive screen time

Requirements:

- Female applicant under the stated occupational requirement
- Essential SEND experience supporting complex needs
- Essential background knowledge of PDA
- Demonstrable deescalation strategies for challenging behaviours
- Permission to work in the U.K. at employment start
