Job Summary

As a Precast sandblaster/ overhead crane operator, you will prepare precast components through sandblasting and support protected, efficient material handling with overhead crane operations. Your work helps keep production moving and delivers properly prepared components to colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

- Sandblast precast components according to job specifications, checking surfaces and finish quality.
- Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials carefully around the work area.
- Use rigging practices to secure loads, coordinate movements, and maintain clear communication with coworkers.
- Keep equipment and work areas orderly, and report mechanical concerns that could affect safe, reliable operations.

Experience Required: Practical mechanical knowledge,



clear communication, and the ability to follow protected material-handling practices are important for sandblasting, rigging, and crane work.

Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with forklifts or boom trucks are helpful; bilingual or multilingual communication and customer service skills can also support coordination and positive interactions. These strengths help you work effectively with production teams and respond professionally to customer needs.

Pay: $23.39-$51.53 per hour
