Lead P3 and Design-Build pursuits at EBC as a Preconstruction Project Manager, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and bid development activities.
This senior position oversees preconstruction from project pursuit through contract award under the Preconstruction/Bid Director. You will manage design development, estimating, procurement, risk, and stakeholder coordination. The work supports large-scale project delivery across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preconstruction from pursuit through contract award
Coordinate designers, estimators, engineers, and consultants
Validate budgets, estimates, and value engineering initiatives
Develop schedules, milestones, and critical path activities
Prepare technical submissions, commercial packages, and bid documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related discipline
10+ years’ progressive preconstruction or project management experience
Experience delivering large-scale P3 or Design-Build projects
Understanding of construction methods, controls, risks, and procurement
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software
Bring leadership, estimating, scheduling, and stakeholder management expertise to EBC’s complex P3 and Design-Build pursuits across Canada.
