Lead youth programming in Jane-Finch with Success Beyond Limits, using program management and staff supervision skills. This is a full time 18-month parental leave contract.

As Program Manager, you will manage core programming areas and contribute to SBL’s leadership team. The role includes youth programs, program planning, advocacy, financial administration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will report to the Executive Director, Programs while shaping services for youth aged 13–25.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead year-round summer and school-year programming
- Supervise coordinators, support staff, and placement students
- Monitor participation, engagement, and educational outcomes
- Connect youth and families with community supports
- Maintain program records, expenses, and reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum two years managing youth programs directly
- Post-secondary degree related to education or youth support
- Experience working in Jane-Finch or priority neighborhoods
- Advocacy experience with racialized youth and families
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
