Wiikwemkoong Community Services Department seeks a Marketing & Communications Coordinator through April 2027. The Coordinator will promote youth, active living, sport, culture, and community initiatives. Responsibilities include promotional materials, stakeholder relationships, sponsorship support, event planning, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support social media, media relations, and promotional initiatives
- Assist sponsors, partners, and community group relationships
- Oversee event budgets, forecasts, expenses, and reconciliations
- Develop timelines, schedules, run-of-show documents,



and communication plans
- Support LNHL tournament logistics and post-event evaluations

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office and social media proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clear Police Record Check
