Glooscap First Nation Health and Healing Centre seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. You will provide assessments, health education, clinical interventions, referrals, and follow-up within professional scope. The position supports Glooscap First Nation members through health promotion, prevention, and community-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing assessments, screenings, education, interventions, and follow-up
- Support immunization and communicable disease prevention activities
- Manage chronic disease education, adherence, and referrals
- Coordinate appointments, home visits,



clinics, and outreach
- Recognize mental health concerns and coordinate appropriate supports

Requirements:

- Current NSNMR registration as an RN or LPN
- Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of health promotion and chronic disease management
- Understanding of culturally safe, trauma-informed healthcare
