This Sales Specialist manages existing accounts and develops current customers for roofing, siding, metal, and building envelope products. The role serves contractors, architects, and other customers by providing product solutions and converting business from competitors. Success requires sales planning, supplier coordination, customer education, and payment oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing customer relationships
- Develop new customers and grow new business
- Build and monitor sales plans, targets, and priorities
- Educate customers and staff on products
- Coordinate customer payments, credit, collections, and adjustments
Requirements:
- College diploma or degree preferred in business, sales, or marketing
- Three or more years of successful roofing sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
