This Community Support Worker position is based in a medically supported residential home. You will assist individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. The work includes personal care, mobility support, documentation, and collaboration with in office nurses. It suits nursing students, Health Care Assistants, recent healthcare graduates, and people exploring community health or disability services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered care promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
- Support wheelchair assistance,



transfers, and mechanical lifts
- Follow individualized care plans with nursing staff
- Document medications, incidents, and changes in wellbeing

Requirements:

- CSW Diploma, HCA Certificate, nursing education, or relevant experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid with CPR-C
- Valid TB Test and MANDT Certification or willingness
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
