Coordinate oncology patient care at Vernon Jubilee Hospital in Vernon, B.C., using clinical assessment and interdisciplinary coordination skills. This is relief full time work.

The Patient Care Coordinator supports daily operations and quality care within designated clinical areas. Working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 15:30, the PCC helps patients access appropriate healthcare resources. The role includes supervision, clinical decision-making support, family education, administrative system recommendations, and staff education planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations within designated clinical areas
- Support seamless patient movement through the healthcare system
- Supervise staff and provide clinical decision-making resources




- Assess patients and counsel and educate families
- Liaise with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resources

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Current practicing registration with BCCNM
- Advanced preparation in the assigned clinical specialty
- Three years recent related clinical experience
- Current CPR certification required
