Lead daily golf operations at The Coloniale Golf Club in Beaumont, Alberta, using customer service and staff supervision skills. Work alongside the Head Golf Professional.

This full-time, seasonal Associate Golf Professional supervises facility operations and outside services. The position supports tournaments, leagues, junior programs, and exceptional experiences for members and guests. It also offers structured succession and mentorship toward future Head Golf Professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee outside services operations and staff members
- Maintain customer service standards for members and guests
- Control tee sheets, bookings, fees, and golfer check-ins
- Coordinate League, Corporate, Member, and Junior Golf Programs
- Complete cash handling, inventory, and closing procedures

Requirements:

- PGA of Canada Class A Member
- Working knowledge of Golf Genius
- Tee-On POS knowledge considered an asset
- Robust leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Effective golf teacher and coach with program development experience
