Swan City Church is a congregation of about 200 people in its second year since planting. The Lead Pastor serves under the Board of Elders, providing spiritual oversight, mentoring, counselling, listening, and vision-setting together with the Board. The church currently gathers Sundays in a hotel conference room while seeking a permanent home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shepherd the congregation with spiritual oversight
- Preach and teach during church ministry
- Provide mentoring, counselling, prayer, and listening
- Set vision together with the Board of Elders
- Oversee staff and provide pastoral visitation

Requirements:

- Submit a resume of job and ministry experience
- Provide a written doctrinal statement
- Provide at least three references
- Submit a written personal testimony of faith
- Reflect biblical qualifications for ministers
