Provide community nursing care in Kitchener as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with complex-care expertise. Support clients overnight in their homes.

CareKW seeks qualified Community Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses with varied backgrounds and training expertise. You will support client health through medication administration, suctioning, enteral feeding, assessments, and daily living assistance. The work includes patient and family teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications during routine shifts
- Provide tracheostomy or oral suctioning
- Support enteral feeding through g-tubes
- Complete physical patient assessments each shift
- Document changes and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

- Current CNO registration in valuable standing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Complex care experience with tracheostomy or g-tubes
- Strong documentation and clinical skills
- Complete immunization record and Vulnerable Sector Screen
