Use advanced financial analysis and Power BI skills as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting service operations onsite in Calgary. Partner with operational leaders across industrial and mining-focused activities.

This six-month contract supports labour-driven service operations within a large industrial and mining-focused workplace. You will analyze labour utilization, cost recovery, profitability, and performance drivers. The work requires experience in financial analysis, operational finance, service operations, maintenance, or mine-site environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze labour costs, overtime, utilization, and billing recovery
- Monitor labour recovery, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Evaluate profitability drivers and margin improvement opportunities
- Build dashboards, reports,



and models using Power BI and ERP systems
- Present recommendations to managers, directors, and senior leadership

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of financial analysis or operational finance experience
- Service, maintenance, industrial, mining, or oil and gas experience
- Advanced Power BI dashboard and reporting skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Infor M3, or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
