Hours 75 hours bi-weekly (8 hours; Days)

CG-23 (CAD22.50 - CAD24.74 per hour) plus applicable Labrador Allowance.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of a two-year Office Administration diploma.
- Completion of an approved medical terminology course OR willingness to complete within a reasonable timeframe to be set by the employer.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in work processing and other Microsoft software; (demonstrated proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Work, Power Point, Excel, Internet and Email).
- Demonstrated proficiency in general office practices and procedures, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in Meditech and CRMS.
- The successful applicant will be required to submit a satisfactory certificate of conduct.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)





- Completes workload reports inclusive of entering data, retrieving data, daily analysis of data and completes monthly report .
- Maintains facility accounts, bank deposits and submits monthly reports to the appropriate administrative office.
- Answers telephone including emergency telephone, arranges appointments, filing, accounting, etc.
- Performs typing and medical transcription duties; Completing admission reports and submits to St. Anthony.
- Organizes educational and staff events.
- Covers administrative responsibility in absence of Site Manager.
- Performs other related duties as required.
