Use building materials knowledge in customer service and sales at GMS Family of Locations in Saanichton, British Columbia. Thursday through Monday shifts support customers.

This Customer Service Sales position provides product knowledge to recent and existing customers. You will manage inquiries, orders, quotes, deliveries, and special orders while supporting purchasing. The work also includes customer follow-up, retail sales, and coordination with Shipping and outside sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers entering the facility
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
- Prepare project quotes and enter special orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
- Build relationships through reliable customer callbacks

Requirements:

- At least one year of Inside Sales experience
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Building materials knowledge is an asset
