Operate forklifts and coordinate material flow as a full-time Material Handler with Napoleon, working weekday afternoons from 3:00 to 11:30 p.m.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Manufacturing, this position supports production by loading, unloading, storing, picking, and delivering materials. You will track inventory locations using RFQ and ERP systems while responding to line changes. The role requires manufacturing material handling knowledge and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers, bins, and racks
- Deliver parts to designated locations, lines, and machines
- Consolidate bins and manage storage footprints
- Complete accurate inventory counts for assigned SKUs and locations




- Maintain clean areas and equipment according to procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or relevant manufacturing experience
- One to two years forklift experience in manufacturing
- RF scanner experience and Visual ERP or MRP preferred
- Fork Truck Safety Course and Driving Certificate
- Solid communication, organization, and independent work skills
