Financial Analysts provide program support to budget owners and stakeholders across Oak Valley Health. You will analyze financial performance, develop forecasts, and communicate evidence-based insights for decisions. The work includes healthcare reporting standards, funding methodologies, and complex data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly program-level financial results and variance analysis
- Develop forecasts, models, scenarios, and operational insights
- Use statistical data and benchmarking to assess performance
- Support operating and capital budgets with status reporting
- Prepare stakeholder presentations,



Ministry submissions, and reconciliations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or accounting
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred or in progress
- Three to five years in a complex healthcare workplace
- Knowledge of Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards and Management Information System Standards
- Ability to communicate complex financial and statistical information clearly
