This non-qualified SC4 Youth Engagement Worker role sits within a Social Care team. You will promote youth wellbeing through engagement, emotional support, and meaningful activities. The work involves multidisciplinary collaboration, accurate records, and support for vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage young people through individual and group activities
- Build trusting relationships and provide emotional guidance
- Assist with social care programs meeting youth needs
- Monitor and report safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Maintain records of interactions, progress, and incidents
