As Senior Tire Department Supervisor, you will direct a growing department and develop Tire Technicians. Your work covers mounting, balancing, TPMS installation, inventory, shipping, receiving, packaging, returns, and warranty processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily Tire and Wheel Department operations
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop assigned team members
- Oversee mounting, balancing, TPMS installation, and assembly
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organized product locations
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, packaging, returns, and warranty activities

Requirements:

- Three to five years of wheel and tire experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of mounting, balancing, TPMS, and wheel accessories
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
