Build xAPI-enabled learning experiences and analytics solutions at CAE, using JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and data integration technologies. Support learning technology interoperability.

The Learning Technology Specialist designs, develops, integrates, and supports solutions for effective learning experiences. You will create measurable learner activities, configure learning ecosystems, and provide insights into engagement, proficiency, and performance. Collaboration with instructional designers and learning stakeholders is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design xAPI-enabled experiences, simulations, assessments, and performance tools
- Integrate xAPI tracking across content and learning platforms
- Create dashboards and reports on learner performance




- Analyze learning data and recommend improvements
- Maintain LMS, LXP, LRS, and technology integrations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in learning technologies, computer science, or related field
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and data integration
- Knowledge of cmi5, SCORM, and interoperability standards
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and consulting skills
