Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) invites you to join the HOpe Centre Mental Health Inpatient Unit in North Vancouver as a Mental Health and Substance Use Nurse. As an RN or RPN, you provide direct nursing care, discharge planning and case coordination within a client- and family-centered care model.
This role operates under mNPRs with a focus on quality of care, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, medication administration, and ongoing assessment.
