SAP MM and P2P support define this Calgary-based SCM Support Analyst prospect with NSB Omega and a major Oil & Gas client.

Reporting to the Team Lead, SCM Support Services, you will provide Tier 1 application and process support. The work covers SAP, OpenInvoice, Ariba, Maximo, and ServiceNow. You will support suppliers, Business Units, and internal users across procure-to-pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and resolve Supply Chain Management application inquiries
- Support purchase orders, invoices, payments, and rate validation
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets and escalate when required
- Coordinate SAP MM issues, enhancements, and upgrades
- Triage P2P workflow delays and processing issues

Requirements:

- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
- High school diploma
- Three or more years in P2P or related business
- Excellent procure-to-pay process understanding
- Experience with SAP MM
