Reporting to Principal Simone Gravesande, the Head is a senior team member responsible for advancement, alumni, and community relations. The role develops philanthropy with current and prospective donors, creates an advancement plan, and partners with the Board’s Advancement Committee. It also fosters community among students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff while developing partnerships and representing the School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the School’s culture of philanthropy
- Create and implement a comprehensive advancement plan
- Partner with the Board’s Advancement Committee
- Foster community among students,
families, alumni, and staff
- Develop partnerships and represent the School throughout Toronto
Requirements:
- Fundraising experience, ideally within campaigns or educational advancement
- Experience cultivating donor relationships
- Knowledge of charity regulations and CRA guidelines
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Commitment to diversity, sustainability, and inclusion
