Support seniors at Langstaff Square Community in Richmond Hill as a casual Personal Support Worker providing compassionate daily care. Assist with daily living, resident connections, and wellbeing.

As part of Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team, you will understand residents’ individual experiences and care needs. You will support eating, dressing, hygiene, grooming, communication, mobility, and oral care. The position also includes social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual support, plus resident participation in programs. Your work will help residents live fully with comfort, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support activities of daily living according to individual care plans
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
- Maintain access to canes, walkers, call bells, and devices




- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Encourage participation in individual and group programs

Requirements:

- Completed approved Personal Support Worker education
- Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors meaningfully
- Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
