Sales Coordinator (Contract, Maternity Leave)

Salary Range: $52,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

The position: We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to cover a maternity leave. You’ll be the first person our customers talk to. You’ll answer calls and leads, book jobs, coordinate accounts, and make sure every work order is right before our trucks roll out. You’re the link between the customer and our operations team and a vital part of what makes our company great.

If this is you...

- Experience in sales support, customer service, or an admin role
- Quick and clear on the phone and in writing
- Detail-oriented. You’d rather double-check a work order than fix it later
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Calm when a customer is frustrated, and good at finding a fix
- Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting numbers
- Familiar with CRM software and Google Workspace (a plus)

Then we want to meet you. Here’s what you can expect:

Talk to Customers

- Answer inbound calls and online leads within 15 minutes
- Build relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Book Jobs and Manage Work Orders

- Book residential and commercial jobs following our processes
- Make sure every work order has the right fees, surcharges, and details
- Audit work orders daily for accuracy and completeness
- Use RingCentral, Vonigo, Slack, HubSpot, and Asana to manage calls, records, and accounts

Coordinate Accounts

- Manage customer accounts and keep detailed, accurate notes
- Spot opportunities to offer more services to existing customers
- Work with operations to make sure jobs go as promised
- Report on your sales activity to management

Hit Your Targets

- Work toward monthly goals for conversion, bookings, and revenue
- Take part in weekly team huddles and regular planning meetings
