Provide critical care nursing at William Osler Health System with acute assessment and patient-focused care across days and nights.

This temporary, full-time Registered Nurse assignment supports the Critical Care Unit for an 18-month contract. You will deliver nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while working within an inter-skilled team. The position serves patients across Osler’s hospital network and requires current College of Nurses of Ontario registration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing in diverse environments
- Recognize health changes and respond to emergencies appropriately
- Deliver patient and family teaching,



including discharge instructions
- Maintain SLED, CRRT, and IABP competencies

Requirements:

- Recent critical care nursing experience or required acute care background
- Critical Care Certificate Level 3 when applicable
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and BCLS certification
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Excellent assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
