As Account Coordinator, Season Seat Services, you will represent OEG Sports & Entertainment while maintaining more than 1,000 accounts. Your work includes client touchpoints, conflict resolution, ticket support, and revenue retention. You will also support gamedays, events, and renewal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with 1,000-plus Season Seat accounts
- Execute touchpoint plans that increase customer satisfaction
- Resolve ticket, service, and client account inquiries
- Record touchpoints and profiles accurately in CRM
- Process payments and facilitate overdue-account calls

Requirements:

- One to three years of related experience
- Undergraduate degree or certificate, or extensive related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and technical aptitude
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
