Analyze Western Canada income properties for Dream as an on-site, full time Asset Management Analyst using Excel and financial analysis.

This Analyst supports Dream’s Western Canada Development Team across its growing Income Properties portfolio. The work combines market research, real estate financial analysis, reporting, and property management coordination. You will help teams evaluate opportunities, monitor performance, and support projects through financing, onboarding, lease-up, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate portfolio action items under the Associate Director, Development
- Research markets and sub-markets for development opportunities
- Prepare financial underwritings and supporting project data
- Administer monthly KPI reporting and data collection




- Support valuations, business plans, budgets, and asset strategies

Requirements:

- Three to five years of property or asset management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or real estate
- Strong Excel skills in financial analysis and data manipulation
- Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Real estate budgeting, organization, and stakeholder management skills
