Support ANBL’s bilingual eCommerce operations from New Brunswick, using customer service and coordination skills to prepare digital shopping experiences.

Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce, this coordinator supports ANBL’s digital channel across Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations and Value Chain Operations. The work includes customer inquiries, order issues, website content, campaign execution and launch readiness for the transactional website planned for 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily eCommerce activities with internal operational partners
- Manage bilingual customer inquiries and digital order issues
- Maintain issue logs, trackers and customer-facing resources
- Monitor feedback and recommend customer experience improvements




- Support testing, promotions and eCommerce campaign execution

Requirements:

- Two or more years in eCommerce, retail operations or related work
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Robust customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
- Accuracy, organization and effective issue investigation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
