As an Overnight Receiving Supervisor, you will guide associates under Department Supervisors and work with Store Management, Operations teams, and external partners. The work combines staffing, performance development, safety communication, merchandise receiving, and shipping documentation. You will help achieve business results by organizing overnight receiving and pack out needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure department staffing levels meet business needs
- Manage performance through communication, recognition, and ongoing feedback
- Communicate and enforce Safety and Asset Protection protocols




- Review inbound shipment logs and plan receiving needs
- Unload merchandise and verify quantity and quality

Requirements:

- Versatile availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- One to two years supervising or leading teams
- Licensed to use powered lift equipment
