This intermediate role supports sustainable energy and building infrastructure projects. You will use Revit, AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and mechanical piping knowledge. The work includes HVAC, hydronic systems, centralized utility systems, and multidisciplinary design delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop mechanical designs, 3D models, and technical drawings
- Coordinate Revit models with engineers and project managers
- Prepare piping layouts, schematics, P&IDs;, and construction packages
- Support centralized energy systems and distribution networks




- Resolve technical challenges across multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in mechanical design or engineering
- Three to five years of mechanical design or drafting experience
- Hands-on Revit MEP design and model coordination experience
- Mechanical piping, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, or hydronic experience
- AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary design process knowledge
