Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and identify inpatient care needs
- Implement and monitor patients’ medical plans
- Coordinate quality patient care within the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

- Recognized nursing degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Basic Life Support certificate
