Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and achieve goals
- Provide advice on complex personal and business credit needs
- Recommend investment strategies and RBC products and services
- Collaborate with RBC partners for customized expert advice
- Resolve banking problems and build community relationships
Requirements:
- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through recognized Canadian coursework
- Completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice through CSI
- Two to three years’ financial services sales experience
- Experience handling credit and investments
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
