As a Corporate Development Summer Intern working through Raise at Enbridge, you will support corporate growth initiatives across multiple business units. The work emphasizes financial analysis, corporate finance, M&A;, strategy, and the energy sector. You will contribute to evaluation, presentations, screening, and market research while developing practical career skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate growth projects, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate initiatives
- Conduct sub-sector analysis, benchmarking, and financial analysis
- Support due diligence efforts as required




- Create presentations for senior management discussions
- Support screening exercises and market research

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled full time in Business or Economics
- Returning to full time school after the work term
- Understand corporate finance, accounting, and capital markets
- Demonstrate analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and generative AI tools
