The Transportation Specialist Lead oversees daily Transportation Specialist workloads and assignments. You will optimize vehicles, resources, and team member hours while meeting Access SOP standards and Client Service Level Agreements. The role includes safety enforcement, vehicle security, service communication, training support, and performance feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily assignments optimizing vehicles, resources, and team hours
- Assign tasks according to workload and time worked
- Enforce safety, security, and compliance practices
- Maintain on-time deliveries,
pickups, and shred services
- Evaluate routes and performance through ride-along evaluations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience leading service-oriented teams
- Three years’ service industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license clean of violations
- Basic supervisory, computer, communication, and presentation skills
